Mike has been a personal trainer for five and a half years, three and a half of which have been spent at our gym. He says his goal with every person he works with is not only to help them achieve their fitness goals but to also help them develop the same passion for exercise and wellness that he has and that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.

Jason Doenly

Jason is a 27-year-old father of two. He has been working for our gym as a personal trainer for a year and a half. Jason has accumulated over 140 clients in the past year and his focus is on making individuals’ lives better for the future. He says that all of the clients that he has ever worked with on a daily basis have hit their goals.

He has eight years of experiences in this field and his background in physical fitness includes cross country, track, off-season football and personal training. He is 100% committed in helping his clients have a better lifestyle.

  • Red Cross- First Responder/First Aid/CPR/AED
  • Bachelor’s Degree- Applied Exercise Science
  • Knowledge of exercise medicine

Jane Doe

Jane has always been a keen follower of sport, as young as 15, she joined a local female football team. At age 16 she became an athlete representing her high school in a variety of sports competitions.

Last year she developed a passion for boxing and within a few months, gained her boxercise instructor certification. Her passion for gaining new qualifications in the industry never stops and she loves gaining new knowledge and experience because she wants to provide people with the best physical workout in a fun and enjoyable way.

Jonathan Doe

John has worked in the fitness industry for over 5 years and has gained extensive knowledge during this time. He has trained and competed with athletes, he has experimented different methods of training and dieting which has given him a positive mentality to achieve.

Good knowledge of dietary needs for weight loss and strength building are what he is passionate about and keen to pass on to people who want or need to change certain aspects of their lives.
